Groupon SA is a Joke!!!

I've purchased the goods on 28/11/13, the delivery did not happen in the promised 2 weeks. I phoned Groupon on the 10th of December to inform them about this and to change my delivery address as our company closed on the 13th. The delivery never came to my house. We re-opened on the 6th of January and to my surprise there was a package that was delivered at our security guards, I noticed that the delivery was only on 23/12/13, that is almost a month that I had to wait. This is unacceptable. I opened the package only to find that the contents was wrong, I've ordered Monsters University and have received Thomas the tank engine. I logged a complaint on the 6th of January about this, a whole week has passed and I've only received a stupid reply that Groupon is still busy with the enquiry. Today you want to know how I would rate the support? VLIEG IN JULLE IN!!!
