I bought a Tapout DVD set from groupon and received the product on the 15 of November 2013. When I opened it I realised I did not receive all the DVD's advertised. There were four DVD's missing. I contacted the client services and they said they would contact the supplier and get back to me with more details as to when I can receive the rest of my DVD's. I have now contacted them 8 times via e-mail and telephone and they still cannot tell me as to when I can get the DVD's. They keep telling me the thing every-time that they have escalated the issue to the appropriate department and will get back to as soon as they have more details. It is pathetic that it has been 2 months and they still cant give me any details as to what is happening. I am tired of not knowing anything and it is absolutely pathetic and unprofessional for a client to wait this long to receive the rest of an order they have paid for in full. I am very annoyed and disappointed and starting to believe I will never get my DVD's. Thanks Groupon for ruining my experience with you.
