Ster Kinekor Tickets Codes Not Working

I purchased 2 sets of Ster Kinekor tickets. The FIRST set was 6 (six) tickets. The SECOND set was 8 (eight) tickets.
When I went to go and use from the FIRST batch of tickets it said that the tickets had already been REDEEMED - even the Groupon website says that the vouchers are USED. I called in to report this, and again and again and again - YES 4 times.
First they refunded partially, then they cancelled all the tickets, then they issued me with 4 new vouchers - which they said WOULD work.
Guess what for the second time it is saying that even these vouchers have been redeemed!
Called again today 14/01 and Lindokuhle is not currently available. Ask to speak to someone else and get transferred to an answering machine and then cut off.
I have spent money and time trying to sort out this, never mind the embarrassment of trying to use vouchers that are no longer valid - TWICE!
Speaking to others it seems that this is the Groupon way - happy to take money but service is shocking. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE OF GROUPON.
