Seriously receiving bad service. I have emailed you guys multiple times to establish when what I have ordered will be delivered. It was supposed to be for Valentines day (as this was the promotion you pushed) and we have now just about reached Easter and still no word on when I am getting what I purchased.

You are quick to jump to refunds instead of just solving the issue at hand and advising where the item is that I have ordered. I email you today and for the third time get your generic reply, IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE:

Groupon is doing its utmost best to deliver all products which have not been delivered in time.

You will get confirmation once we have feedback from the supplier as to when to expect this item.
