My husband purchased for me a Mani and Pedi voucher on 27 September 2013 through Groupon. The voucher clearly stated that same expired on 25 December 2013. I decided to save it for my birthday being the 16 of December 2013. Upon contacting Charmaine (about 2 or three times on her cell). When i eventually got through to her she was EXTREMELY RUDE and UNACCOMMODATING. She spoke to me in a horrible tone, like she was doing me the greatest favor. She advised me in the two week period till my voucher expire she had ONE OPENING ONLY which was at 9am during the week, I did however explain to her that I work and she basically said thats all she has.

So now i have a voucher paid for but it was impossible for me to use. Im extremely upset.
