Didn't receive order I paid fo

I've ordered a UV Nail dryer and NAIL KIT from Groupon, but I only received the UV Nail dryer and not the kit.
I already sent their Customer service department 3 messages without getting any feedback on when or if I will receive the rest of the product I paid for. I also phoned them, but no one answered.
I expect a full refund or the complete product asap.
