I logged a complaint with Goupon last year in October 2013, I purchased a paintball voucher but I never received it and was promised a refund to date nothing has happened. I have been sending emails and the only response from them is that they apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for you patience. They always say that management will look into the matter and as soon as they are done I will be contacted its 2014 and I am still not contacted nor refunded.
