No reaction from Photolyze voucher purchased

Voucher purchased 14 February and e-mailed to Photolyze as per instruction on voucher on 15 February 2013. To date there has been NO RESPONSE. Groupon has been contacted twice and replied on 01 March that Post Office strike was to blame, BUT ORDER HAS NOT EVEN BEEN PROCESSED YET.?? Voucher was again e-mailed to Photolyze on 01 March... STILL NO REACTION TO DATE. After a second complaint to Groupon I was advised to send my enquiry to Photolyze??..exactly where I have no reaction, so what will that help. I purchased my voucher from Groupon and believe THEY SHOULD ASSIST TO COMPLETE TRANSACTION!!!
