Still waiting for my refund

On the 11th February 2013 I wrote a report where I was unhappy that I still not receive a christmas gift that I bought from Groupon, orthopedic foam pillows and a massager. They then responded on 12th JUne asking me for my banking details. They gave me a reference number 684754. To this day (18 April 2013) I still have not received my refund. Groupon..please give me my money back and stop cheating people!!!
