DO NOT WANT TO REFUND ME

I purchased a MSC cruise through Groupon. It stated on the fine print that Port charges etc were excluded so i immediately emailed Groupon and MSC requesting it stating I only want to confirm this coupon once i know the extra charges total amount. MSC did not answer their calls and finally replied via email but nor could they or Groupon tell me the actual price till reservation was made. After how many emails trying to find price out. I had enough and just wanted a refund to be told i cannot get it due to a 7 day period on the coupon. It was at their fault not to know price or MSC. I was emailing up and down to get price which caused the delay in time. I have now emailed them my voucher as they requested to check fine print. Three emails later i still have no response and the cruise is coming up and i feel as if they are delaying time for me not to be able to get my refund. This is my first bad experience with Groupon and i hope its the last and that they will refund me my money. I have all emails as proof to this complaint.
