NOT GIVING ME MY REFUND

I had booked something on Groupon and then realised that it wasn't worth the price I was paying so I called them and asked for a refund, this was at the end of Sep, on the 1st of Oct still no refund, up to today still no refund has been made and every time I am the one calling or emailing, I have even sent them a copy of my bank statement for my cheque account and for my credit card. I have even informed them that I am going to put my story on Hellopeter and it hasn't made a difference. I still don't have my refund to date.

I will never purchase anything from Groupon again. Pathetic service!!! Its very frustrating when one is told that a refund was done and yet after numerous reminders, emails and telephone calls nothing is done about it!!!
