Groupon Sa
Paid but no service

We have tried several times to make bookings for promotions run by Groupon. One for a Live Blood Analysis in Hillcrest and the other for Glen Ashley Health and Beauty in Newport Rd in Glen Ashley but at both places no one answers the phones and we have tried several times on several days. We have even mailed and called Groupon on how to best resolve this but still no response frm them either.. We're at a loss on the way forward seeing as we have paid already. It leaves me thinking that both these companies are fly by nights and now regret even making these bookings. Does Groupon just sign on any company, reputable or not.
