I logged on to your website this morning to use some of my credit and I noticed that they have expired. No communication was sent to me to warn me that the credit was going to be expiring. Please can you assist in this matter - I have lost close to R1000 and would like to have an opportunity to use this. I would appreciate at least a weeks extension on this. Thanks.
