GROUPON's Customer Service Stinks

I've logged several service tickets with Groupon re different problems relating to the vouchers they sell. Either you never get a reply or any update, or the update isn't helpful. WHen i resend the request, i still don't get an answer. For example, They've given me a credit which expired the same day (and I wan't told i even had a credit). For a problem I logged on Feb.8, which i look at the update today Feb. 15, it says "Problem still hasn't been assigned to an agent." Get it together Groupon, because CitySlicker and Wicount already do.
