Expired Cards with no new Cards ordered

My Credit Card expired end of June. On Monday visited a branch only to find out that a card will only be ordered on that day. Logged complaint 35110563 via the internet. Have not received any feedback yet. The two petrol cards linked to the credit card has also expired on this date. When will these be ordered and received?

There is a reason why we have these type of cards, to use it! Well you cannot use an expired card and for the period that I don't have cards, you are not delivering the service I am paying for!

This is exactly what happened last year. Why will it not happen next year again?

This leaves me with a lot of disgust!
