Discovery discount not allowed due to c/card expi

My discovery credit card expired & I was issued with new one. My autopage cellphone a/c goes off the discovery card acc. to qualify for vitality discount of 20%. Because the initial debit was rejected due to expired card, I am told I dont qualify for vitality discount which amounts to R215.00 on the debit of R1075.05. I ask Reena Naidoo, the credit controller where this is written & want to speak to her supervisor. He's not available & I cant leave message for him to call me. I must call him back. She then tell me that discounts falling away but I tell her that discount is valid for all current contracts until they expire. How Autopage hound you when your contract expiring to renew it, but treat you like dirt when the debit order rejected by credit card co. due to expired card being processed by them
