Ordered a Kindle from Groupon SA on 27 October 2013, delivery was supposed to be within 7 days, after 10 days of bot receiving anything, I called them and I was told they are dealing with it, and the next story was that they are stuck at customs. In December I told I will be refunded for the Kindle because they are still stuck in customs. The refund never happened, I then saw that they have another special for a kindle, that was R200 cheaper than what I had initially ordered, I requested that they refund the R200 and then place an order for the new special. I have requested this 3 times already thus far, not only had this not been done, but they still haven't refunded me back the R200.00. Everytime I speak to the consultant, I am told it is sorted out, it will be 3 months on the 27 January 2014 and I don't have the Kindle or the refund.
