I have been too paitent with your company and you are just pushing your christmas luck really I made a purchase and it was 1 cent more my payment was refused I called the call centre and one lady on the 9.12.2013 promised me 72 hours I sent my proof of payment my request number was / is # 120559 Ticket # 120682 Kumar Raj claimed he couldn't access my proof of payment and I kept sending it in the programme he desired I even faxed documents to him this was on the 11.12.2013 .Cara Styles also a empty promise maker promised to contact me on the 11.12.2013 till today nothing I'm sick of your pathetic service and your lack in service providing you honestly unethical manner in which staff conduct such enquires then I receive a email on Sunday 15.122013 from Sam Cornelius stating they haven't found a solution to my query I mean what solution you just need to credit my groupon Acc I want my money
