On 12 December 2013, we purchased 2 holiday deals and made the payment to Groupon's account the next day. Due to technical issues on their side, only 1 deal was processed, hence, they needed to refund me the 2nd deal's payment (R1889). It has been nearly 4 weeks and it's always the same mail saying that they haven't found a solution yet! The solution is simple - refund my money!! They've stopped responding to my mails and I am at wits end! They confirm that they've received all the documents, including proof of payment, but still no refund.
I will NEVER purchase anything on their site again! They're cons and! And I'm definitely going to be reporting this to the Consumer Commission.
