Good day,

On 23 September i made a purchase on groupon, i was incorrectly billed and I am still trying to get my R660 out of them. I have tried to call various times and hold on for hours. I have mailed various times and still dont get a response. My reference number is 53572. I would appreciate it if someone can get back to me ASAP as this is ridiculous as to how long you have to wait!!!
