Good Day,

I have made a purchase with Groupon and received all details on the 19/01/13. I have been trying to track my order but with no luck. I have been sending numerous emails and i get the same response. I need to go and track my order on doing that it says the number is not valid. Today i receive a email to say they will be refunding me as they are out of stock. Has this taken them nearly 2 months to realize they out of stock? I am very agitated with the service it is pathetic i have been waiting so long just to be told they are out of stock. Groupon seriously needs to get a better system to work with and now i lose out on my purchase that i have been looking forward to for so long. I will never do business again with this company and now i wonder how long it will take for my refund to be returned!!!
