7 working days have passed and no refund

I bought goods on Groupon on a Thursday the 18th of July but immediately called in on the 19th to cancel it which is well within the 7 days period allowed by Groupon to do so.

I then emailed the supplier informing that I cancelled the purchase and therefore should not send me the goods. Groupon agent told me it would take 4 to 5 working days to get my money back however this hasn't been the case. This morning I called them and spoke to Alicia who informed me that I have to wait for the purchase and then ask the post office to send it back to sender and obtain a tracking number and provide it to Groupon. Now i've read the policy on Groupon and it clearly states that any purchase can be cancelled within 7 days after having received the voucher and in no where does it say you will still get the package and have to send it back. This is ridiculous, what's worst is I waited for 7 days and only today they tell me this.
