WANT A REFUND AS THEY NEVER PITCHED

I would like to lodge a complaint against MJ cleaners and Groupon. I purchase 2x vouchers on groupon on the 7th november 2012 made my reservation for the 1st voucher on the 16th november via e-mail to [Email Removed] confirmation of reservation received on the 17th novermber for the 15th december. To my disappointment when I tried to get hold of them afterwards for the time of my booking no response. Tried to get their contact details no response on the telephone line as they moved. Tried to contact groupon no response. I waited on the 15th no one pitched. Cannot get hold of groupon up untill today. I would like a refund for both vouchers. Please help. This is not the first time I use groupon but this is the first disapppointment so now I am sceptical and would not easily purchase anything.
