I ordered 2 of the same items from Wicount on 21/10/2013. On the 19th of November, the courier company delivered 1 of the items. I contacted Wicount the next day telephonically to inform them of the error. I was told that they would contact the courier company and get back to me which they never did. After numerous phone calls and emails, it is now 2 months later and I still have not received a response or solution from Wicount. I sent an email requesting a refund and was ignored. I resent the email 2 days later and a week later I am still awaiting a response. No response, No apology, pathetic service. More so, the items were meant to be a Christmas gift and I am now left having paid for a gift that I do not have to give. Frankly, Any problem between Wicount and the courier company are just that and should not become my problem. Wicount should have made every effort to timeously rectify the situation, by either offering to send out a new order or offer me a refund none of which has occurred. I have purchased numerous products from online promotional websites and have never experienced such shoddy service. In fact competitors usually deliver well within their promised delivery date.
