I'm really not Happy with what this GROUPON is treating its customer's. I ordered a head board on the 15-12-2013 which an incorrect reference number captured. I called their offices on the 17/12/2013 then was given an email address where thing will be speedy resolved-so she said. I've all send numerous email to the and someone by the name of Guhan Manishankar (who I send proof of payment and also my banking details) replied about how my money R1650 is reflection from their side but to make the refund IM STILL WAITING" Really. I transfer into their Absa account from Absa. This person or machine is telling me how they still waiting for the "something to process"!!
Again the person by the name of Evangeline Meezhiparasi. S responded on my email telling me how they are working on my query. Since the 15/12/2013 till today 30/12/2013 sending mail to them and still the same response.

Groupon, I'm really disappointment at your services considering that you are the biggest online shopping in SA while on the other you just a CONNING company. I know that I want my money R1650, even if that I have to go the legal route-LET IT BE..
