Product not Delivered

I've placed an order on Groupon and it is still not delivered after the deal closed 3 and a half weeks ago. Delivery was promised after 2 weeks when the deal close. I've called the call centre many times and sent e-mails but still I don't have an answer if and when my product will ever be delivered. Last week they informed me they should find out if they can pay me my money back (which will also take another week to refund) and still they have not returned my call. I've called this morning again at 8 AM and still the manager have not called me back after they promised she will return my call in the next hour.
