Ordered a chain and pendant, it was nothing like the picture so the same day I contacted groupon to return it without actually opening the product (viewed it through the clear plastic) and after lots of emails to and from customer care, I finally got them to collect it and its been over two weeks and I still didn't get my refund as they said i would. Emails to them dont get responded to, I them tried to call in and was told that I will get a refund within a few days and this still hasn't happened. Tried calling and again and now they have changed to an automated response so you don't get to speak to anyone so now im left without my item and without my money. I purchased this item around about the 15th of October and its now December and im still having problems. Groupon is really going to the dogs and I used to have faith and trust in them but that's fading fast.
