Bought item in Oct, still not delivered!

I bought a Christmas gift (pink T-pig speaker system) for my daughter on 8 Oct through Groupon SA, which still has not been delivered. Today I got a marketing email from Groupon again, advertising the very same T-pig that I bought in October - which has not been delivered, so I ask myself; how in heaven's name can they advertise stuff if customers who bought it in Oct already has not received it? Delivery should have taken place within two weeks from the 8th of October (I quote: "Delivery for this product will occur within 2 weeks."); it has been two months now.

I have been emailing them from time to time (very patiently) to discuss this matter, but I have not been given any answer as to when I will receive my order, other than "Thank you for the mail. I just want to let you know that we haven't forgotten about this issue! Once your request is processed, we will update you with the information." The same response I have been getting for the last month!

Guess what, I want my order delivered, I don't want excuses or apologies, just my PAID-FOR T-pig.

By the way, the automated telephone system of Groupon hangs up as soon as you select "un-delivered goods".
