No delivery, no response - I want my money back

I bought a voucher from Groupon mid-November 2012 for a product, and have still not received anything, despite it being marked as an "Early Christmas Gift".

I emailed to ask when I could expect delivery and was answered by Chantel Davids (Request #621178). She assured me all items marked as Early Christmas Gifts would be delivered by 20 December. It is nearly a month later and I have still not received anything. I cannot track the courier either.

Upon checking my request this afternoon I see it has been "Resolved" by a Ronelle Abrahams - THIS IS NOT RESOLVED and you have ignored my emails since mid-December. I want delivery of my item or my money back please.
