No refund, despite proof - faked repayment

For my birthday i received a hot air ballooning trip from my family in December 2012. In April 2013 we were offered a refund as the weather conditions did not allow us to use the voucher. Groupon send us a proof of credit to the credit card used in May 2013. After monitoring the card statement there was no amount displayed. Our bank was contacted which confirmed that the money was never paid into the account. After trying to find their office (please note the address on the website is wrong) and no telephone number available to call, it was a mission to find them. They now 'promise' to make the payment - this is after 5 months! The proof of payment is faked, as it is not paid into the account. A business without a correct physical address marketing products where you cannot even phone to follow up. emails don't get answered either. We had to follow up and chase the bank to get confirmation and now are still waiting for our refund. Don't support them and tell everyone - illegal business!!
