I made a booking through GROUPON on the 4 September 2013 for Sables Valley Guest Farm. I had to pay with a credit card witch I did not have, I made the payment with my mother's credit card. When I phoned for available space their were no openings. GROUPON confirmed they will give the money R425.00 and R349.00 back to my mother into her credit card. My mother and I spend over R500 in phone calls already up to today no money just and also no proof of payment can be provided from Groupon to us that we can go to the bank. Calls made to Tammy, Rashier, Descian, Zimbini, Nasredien, Megan, Natalie, Yusaf, Natalie, Nazaley (Supervisor) Sheneel. They all made promisses and no payment was provided from them. I had to give them proof that the money was taken of my account what they know that they do have it in their bank a long time already. They keep on putting you through to someone else you never speak to the same person. And they always have some story but no proof of the payment. I gave them every thing but up to date I did not received my mothers money. I WANT MY MONEY!
