On 4 February groupon ran a special for photo books. I baught the special. I recived an email saying my order will be sent to me once the promotion has ended on 5 February 23:59. On 6 February I mailed groupon to find out what was happening with my order and on 11 February my email was still to be allocated to someone to deal wwith. I phone this morning and was told EFT takes longer and they need a proof of purchace and that infuture I should use a credit card. And that they are having a technical error. How does a technical error last 6 days the bank advised that because it was a CARD TRANSACTION and not an eft the ONLY proof of payment I have is reflecting on my bank statement. Now I need to proof to groupon that they took payment for a card transaction ond never got my discount vouchers. Like I am lying. I am utterly disgusted in their service. I will tell as many ppl as will listen that groupon takes payment and does not deliver goods. Which in a dictonary is clasified a.
