No refund (Ref number 709681)

With reference to call 709681 first logged on the 5th of March 2013, i am as yet to see my refund. Purchase was made online using my card, however - and according to Groupon- the transaction was unsuccessful and would be refunded. To this day i have not received my refund, and have received confirmation from my bank that the money has not been refunded to my account.

I have called and emailed Groupon repeatedly - including sending proof of payment and bank statement -with no resolution to my query.

This is truly a dishonest service/company, and would void using groupon in future. May this be a clear warning to all other potential clients.
