Not refunding money

On 5 Nov I got an email from Groupon stating that I could no longer use a Groupon that I purchased and to contact them for a refund (ticket #90115). Two days later on 7 Nov I got a call from someone confirming the refund would go back onto the card used for the purchase & it will take up to 7 working days. I followed up with a call on 20 Nov (work day 9). They said that it was not done & they have to send an inquiry somewhere else that takes 24hrs. I called back two days later on 22 Nov (Work day 11). I was told that the refund had been rejected (the refund they had emailed me to ask for). I called again on 25 Nov (work day 12) & Nazley Bastra asked me to send my banking details because the refund on the credit card was not going to work (new ticket #61664). On 28 Nov (work day 15) Kalaivani Prabhakar told me that it was being refunded onto the same card that the purchase was made; That same card that no one was able to process the refund on to date. He won't escalate to manager but all he tells me repeatedly is that the request has been forwarded to the refunds department and that I must wait another 7-10 working days. I still don't know if the issue is resolved or not.
