Disgusted by Refund Process

I contacted Groupon (Yusuf) on the 13 August 2013 as the supplier I was trying to contact was uncontactable. I was informed the supplier was no longer operating and I would be given a full refund for my voucher. I have made numerous calls (Ganeefa) and sent a number of emails (Ganeefa, Tauriq, Asheeqah, Cara, Yusuf), being a call center you never get the same consulatant. I am fed up as I have waited patiently and each time assured I would be refunded, Initially the consultant said monies would be refunded to my card after my follow up call I was advised my credit card details were no longer on their records and my banking details were required. I sent this information a few times and still no refund. When a purchase is made payment is required asap and when a refund is to be processed seems like it takes forever. In all my written correspondence I have included my contact number and to date not a single call, the odd email to say my query has been resolved and been closed.

I wonder what lengths do I have to go to to get my full refund. Unlikely that I will be making a Groupon purchase in future. I also know that I am not the only Dissatisfied Customer.
