I had a challenge with an order I placed on Wicount for 2 mosquito repellent bracelets. My order was delayed and communicated with Boipelo Motlhabane who was not helpful and ignored my emails but only sent me a link to their tracking site and did not make an effort to follow up with me. I made several attempts to contact her via email and telephonically and did not have the courtesy to respond.

However, after several attempts to communicate with someone from Wicount. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Leroy Eagles and he was extremely helpful and kept me in the loop about my parcel. He made an effort to communicate about the status of my parcel and assured me that I would receive my order, it took less than two weeks for me to receive my order and it was a week early.
