Refund taking up 14 days, Bad services

1. On the 16/12/13 sent an email to the [Email Removed] with details of proof of payment. Received a reply stating that our request will be details within 72 hours. On the 16/12/13 received another email stating that Groupon was awaiting the funds to be transferred into their account.
2. On the 18/12/13 sent another email to the [Email Removed] detailing everything. Only to get told that my purchased had been declined. No reason.
3. So on the 18/12/13 I called groupon was on the line for 48 min, until Zimbini took my call and heard my issue. She told me that she can see the emails that didn't given me the correct information and they will be detail with. Also, I ask her to please arrange for the refund to be transferred back into the account, was told it will taker 3 - 7 working days for the refund to be transferred back into our account.
4. 30/12/13, still no refund. I called groupon on to speak to Zimbini again whom now tells me that I must please wait for it to be authorised while I am on the phone with her. For the refund to be done which will take another 3-5 working days for it to be transferred into our account. It is over 7 working days, the refund is due now.
