MY Husband was promised a refund cheque from a booking OF HOUSE Higgo on the 14 NOV 2013
The refund never came. He calls again on the17 and 25 NOV 2013.The agents then tell him its in process and he should receive the amount within the 3rd workiing days. SIES, WHAT!! Oh come the 27 NOV 2013, call gets answered by RISHIKA WHO tried the same lines as the previous agents .that did not work. SHE puts us on hold for 15 mins at a time to push for knock off time. We ask for the supervisor who is NAZLIE AND ONCE AGAIN WE ON HOLD AGAIN AND CALL IS HUNG UP.

THAT WAS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR REFUND. RE-IMBURSE AND STOP MAKING USELESS PROMISES.
