I have had the worst customer service ever from Groupon SA Today! Firstly trying to geth through to their phone lines was a total nightmare, I had made a total of 5 calls with each of them making me hold for up 15 mins only to be cut off by the time I am no# 1 in the queue. I finally get through and speak to a supervisor who still cannot tell me when I can expect delivery of my parcel that is supposed to be delivered to me by tomorrow 29/10/2013, the supervisor Lindo said that she would call me back in an hour, she failed to do so, I have had to go through the entire process of holding on again to get cut off over and over again, I have spent over 45mins holding on for Groupon. I finally got through to Lindo again who still didn's have an answer for me, I have been promised a call back before 4pm today, lets see if Groupon can deliver this time. I am not impressed and will definitely not deal with Groupon again after this shocking experience
