I am CC.Munsamy from Durban DOB: 29/06. I have dealt with so many agents since December. I am a loyal customer for many years and payments were always made on time. I downgraded from Premium to Easyview in December, that agent never stop my debit of R600 for Jan. When I called the call centre they promised within 14days, it will be in my bank account. I visited the Phoenix branch, they advised it was credited to my DSTV account. On the16/01/2013, I went to Umhlanga head office, the supervisor advised 7 working days, it will be in my bank account, they just backlogged since Dec. Was given Ref: 119352041 for that visit. When I tried calling on 25/01/2013, it was still not done!! I was dealing with the supervisor Innocent Maluleke with Ref: 119898822.By the end of the day, he advised is still pending with Refund department and advised a cheque will be through on 28/01/2013, and I have to wait another 7days to see if it cleared. I still have see whether this transfer will be done. I am very disappointed in this service, being a technologically advanced company, you have to wait so long on line, and sorry to say, some of the agents were not well trained to deal with this query.
