STILL NO REFUND

I puchase an Item only to receive an email stating that the order could could not be put through and i will be refunded. after numerous calls and useless call centre agents dropping the call on me i eventually got through and advise that my refund will take 24 hours to complete. It is now three days later with no refund!!!
