I bought a voucher for a friend's b'day from Ultimate Beauty & Relaxation and her experience was nothing but SHOCKING!!! See below:
When I arrived, I was greeted by 6 aggressive dogs that were loitering around the yard and at the gate. I requested the owner to please remove the dogs so that I could come inside, as I have a phobia for dogs. The lady refused profusely and was very rude. She explicitly told me that she cannot accommodate me with my phobia. As a result I did not enter the yard as I did not want to risk my life and health. As it stands I am demanding my refund back, so that I can book my treatment somewhere reputable where the service provider is client oriented.
Groupon sent a response to say that I should give the voucher to someone else. I COULDN'T BELIEVE THIS!!! Instead of dealing with the shocking service from the supplier, I should let someone else endure the same!!! They're not willing to give me a refund either because 7 days has lapsed. I bought the voucher in September, I could only get an appointment November to be told 7 days has lapsed. An e-mail was sent on the 16th and 19th Nov and only received this substandard response on the 25!!!
