Don't answer phones/ no public holidays!?

About a month ago, I bought a spa treatment for 2 at the femmina beauty centre via groupon. Given its location I thought it to be a legit and professional day spa. However to my horror, I called for days before someone would answer their phones, and when they did, they were rude and unprofessional. I couldn't even bring myself to book. With that, I also missed that only once I bought my voucher, did the fine print say that that they only operate on Mondays -through to Fridays. Why in heavens name would a "professional" spa offer a spa treatment for 2 during everyone's work hours? How are you supposed to go as a couple? Also nowhere on it did it say that it excludes public holidays as well, so now not only can I not use this on a weekend, but not on a public holiday either. I repeat, this was NOT stated anywhere. I demand a full refund for this hoax, I would not even give this voucher away after being treated so rudely on the phone. It is ridiculous and completely unethical.
