GROUPON Voucher that can't be Redeemed!

I purchased a voucher from Groupon which stated on the advert and voucher: 'Wash, Cut and blow wave with a half head of colour.' I have previously bought a voucher from Groupon for the same thing from another salon and got just that. I have just phoned Essence of Beauty in Umhlanga, who have informed me that half head of colour is actually meant for very short, men's style hair. The length of hair was not stated on either the advert or voucher, like I have previously seen on other ads on groupon. The lady that I spoke to from Essence of Beauty was exceptionally rude and said it wasn't her problem and I must contact Groupon myself. On phoning Groupon and been kept on the line for a good 15 minutes, i've been told that my problem has been handed over to their agents and maybe they will get back to me by tomorrow. This is Really not good enough!!! An issue between Essence of Beauty and Groupon, has now become my problem and going to cost me money in phone calls etc to get to the bottom of it!!!
