Poor Service re Refund

On the 12th October I purchased & immediately paid for a groupon special. However I never received my voucher. I then queried the non-receipt of the voucher & was requested to provide proof of payment, which I duly did. I was assured that I would receive the credit in enough time to repurchase the curry deal. Unfortunately though this has not transpired - almost a month along. This is poor, poor service & very disappointing
