I will never recommend Groupon to anyone after the terrible experience I had with them. I bought a cordless phone & had the most traumatic experience getting this from them which they blamed on the courier they used but nonetheless I got the phone way after it was promised to be delivered to me, which was already ridiculous being -48 days after the day I ordered & paid for it, so I had to send numerous e-mails which were ignored, so had to phone their call centre in CT twice from Joburg, land lines & held for a total of about 1 and a half hours, which pushed the cost of this cordless phone up to waaaay more than I would have paid for one had I just gone to a retailer near me. Soooo not worth all the effort & stress & costs involved. The phone probably ended up costing at least R100 more due to the calls to their call centre. How can you have 60 calls holding? Just ludicrous. Yes, Charlene from Logistics eventually had to climb in & solve the problem, but this was after a ton of e-mails, messages to them on fb, etc. Thanks to Charlene but sis on Groupon for this overall disgusting service!!! U've lost me forever as a customer!!!
