Poor service and feedback

I purchased a groupon voucher (voucher code 0010214XE2) for drycleaning. When I tried to use the voucher I noticed that it had expired. I have called and sent Groupon emails to obtain a refund (5 September) but they seem to be ignoring me.

They do not seem too interested to respond or to assist me. I will think again before I use Groupon.
