No voucher received

I have purchased a groupon voucher and paid via eft to their requested banking acc. 23/06/2013- i have emailed them on several occasions, attaching the proof of payment, and requesting either a voucher or a refund. I have yet to receive any confirmation of action being taken to rectify this
