Awaiting Refund for a Month

On the 4th May 2013 I purchased a voucher for a photoshoot from "Services: Photo shoot with edited images and prints at K.S. Photography." On the website it was stipulated that the deal ends on "04.05.2013 23:59" and once the deal closes I will receive my voucher.
On May 28th I sent an email to [Email Removed] asking for the voucher to which I received a response "Kindly note the above mentioned deal has been cancelled as not enough customers have purchased the deal as per the Groupon partners request." So, if "I" didn't email them, I wouldn't have known that the deal did not qualify.
After many emails back and forth I am still waiting for the refund that was promised to me by "Kershia". The last email I received from "Cheryl Nhlumayo" stated that I will refunded into my Groupon account. So I will have a "credit" for my next purchase. That was not what I requested. PLEASE FIX IT!
