Zimbini- No feedback/ Beverley- Bad attitude

I ordered a one night stay accommodation on Monday 28th Oct, system advised 5 days to pay. I did so on Saturday 02nd Nov. If Groupon is really technical about the time, then I might be out with about 38 minutes, even though it is still the 5th day.

Nonetheless, the issue comes when i called (NON-) Customer Service on Tuesday 05th Nov at approx 08:35, wanting to know whats happening as I received no feedback. Zimbini was the agent, really helpful at the time. She requested proof of payment as she couldn't find anything... about 30 minutes later i send proof of payment on email she asked me to reply to. And that was it from Zimbini, send numerous emails from work and my Gmail on Wednesday evening and Thursday... no response still today.

I decided to call (NON-) Customer Service again now at 13:50 approx., after being dropped/cut at 13:40. Beverley answered, already I sensed the ATTITUDE, it got worse, she apparently couldn't hear me properly, but lady then you don't sigh as if you about to die in the mouth piece! She started getting sarcastic, and short off in responding.
''The only thing you WILL get is a refund! ' was the answer. You guys are dealing with customers, not puppets!
